This research suggest that privatization cause the managers of the privatized company to change their attitude, organization structure, budget process, pricing of service rates, policy of human resource maintenance, reward system, and other system to enhance management efficiency. Drawing on previous work related to theory on privatization, organization theory, and theory on corporate strategy, I developed the framework of comparison concerning above six factors and selected Korea Mobile Telecommunication corporation which is one of the most successful companies in privatization for comparison after and before privatization.
