Heave of soil was measured for single piles, groups of two piles and a group of four piles. For single piles, heave was assumed to have a symmetrical shape around the pile. For pile group, contours of equal heave were drawn. Local spots of high heave were observed scattered within the contour. The reason of this phenomina was not known. Volume of heave was estimated to be about 20 - 45 % of total volume of displaced soil. Boundary of soil effected by pile driving was found not changing when driving up to 4 piles UR - http://203.159.5.9/ait-thesis/detail.php?q=B24025 ER -
