The study of existing system step included the study of existing decision making process, existing reports, and determination of existing system problems, The study of information requirement and development of proposed reports is made from BCEOM working sheets; existing system reports and problems with existing system.  The study of data requirement is the study of all detail data items  which will be processed to be the required information, this step included the study of existing standard and codes; availability of data; and, additional data collection.  The data base development step included data preparation for  each data file and file creation.
