TEPT was appointed operator of the Joint Venture. Its role was to manage the operations of the Joint Venture and to prepare the transfer of operatorship to PTTEP. The transfer of technology, managed by both companies as a project, led to the transfer of operatorship in June 1998. The Joint Venture, the Project Management and the Technology Transfer implemented by PTTEP and TEPT will successively be analyzed in order to determine whether or not the operatorship transfer has been fully and successfully accomplished. 10aJoint ventureszThailand10aIndustrial project managementzThailand10aTechnology transferzThailand1 aBroustai, Joel Francois,eChairperson1 aIgel, Barbara,eExamination Committee1 aDo, Ba Khang,eExamination Committee2 aEuropean Commission of the European Union (PTS Program),eScholarship donor2 aAsian Institute of Technology.tResearch studies project report ;vno.
