The overall average monthly hous ehold consumption for  the three provinces of 1.0 GJ comes on l y a meie quarter as  compared to the nationwide average obtained for 198 2 of 3 . 61  GJ or the regional average of 3.13 GJ . Contrary to the 198 2  study, coconut derived fuels , instead of fuelwood,  predominates this consumption figure at 57.12 percent.  Electricity remains at a constant s hare of 2 . 97 percent
