<br/><br/> An International Telecommunication Accounting Information  System was designed to automate the accounting processes of  settlement of international telecommunication services. Data flow  diagrams were used to represent the flow of data within this  system. The entity-relationship diagram was also used to model the  working environment. After being converted to the relational model,  this system was implemented using SQL and CSP on an IBM 3083  mainframe.
