The first part of my internship took place at Hexamind, a cutting-edge startup in Paris that specializes in leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance customer relationship management. During this two-month period, I worked as an NLP engineer and had the opportunity to contribute to various projects, including text sum marization, keyword extraction, and multi-label classification. Following my time at Hexamind, I embarked on a four-month internship at the AIT Brain Lab. Established in 2019 and supervised by Dr. Chaklam Silpasuwanchai, the lab comprises a diverse group of Master{u2019}s and Ph.D. students from over 10 nationalities at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. My primary project at the lab is to develop an intelligent chatbot AITGPT on the AIT domain knowledge. The focus of this report is on the different projects I worked on during my internship and the experience I gained. This internship report serves as a requirement for my graduation in the dual-degree program between AIT and Telecom SudParis, and provides insights into the practical applications of NLP in the industry.
