<br/><br/> This study analyzes those activities of the AIT Center  which are hotel like and one such activity which could be  computerized is selected - viz. Reservations.  A system analysis and a brief study of five commercial  software packages was conducted, but no match for AIT Center needs identified. A new system for Reservations was t hen implemented in APL language. The (interactive) package developed has five main modules : START, RESERVE, CANCEL, STATISTICS, and DISPIAY. They handle activating  the system, reservations,  cancellations, collecting statistics, and displaying information respectively. There are eleven subsidary modules  in addition which are called by main modules. A user guide  is provided.
