  <abstract>Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) have been applied very successfully in Electrical network as well as others. Equipments have been supervised to help system detect serious faults when its occur and system will respond automatically to segregate break point. In this thesis, SCADA will be applied to distribution station PhuongLiet in center of Hanoi. This is an important station and has been connected with operating center via fiber optic channels. Main function has been constructed by Programmable Logic Controller software Simatic7-300. Human Machine Interfaces (WinCC) is studied and applied to develop control model. This work is concerned with transportation of fiber optic signal, it simulation information network from peripheral station to center. This research may also serve as a useful reference for exploring and understanding basic of electrical network as well as automation network.</abstract>
