Automation in the food industry is a new developing field. The application of such tech- nologies in the production line enables both the saving of human resources and good quality control. In this paper a solution for detecting of the shape size and colors of chicken is de- tected using image processing. Furthermore an automated system is developed to turn the chicken both ways. Key features include image processing and the application control theory in the production line
