  <abstract>Capacity planning in product mixed production has been emerged as an important aspect for  production planning management over three decades. Rapid development of Multicriteria  Decision Making (MCDM) affects to capacity planning as a way of finding the compromise  solutions among conflicting objectives, among MCDM techniques, Goal Programming has  been known as a high potential method for the problem which having inlinite alternatives.  In this study, a product mixed planning model is developed in GP framework in order to  determine the best compromise plan for one assembly car factory. By integrating over-regular  capacity parameter, the model help Decision Maker to justify bottle-neck workshop and how  to overcome this problem. Sequence-dependent setup times problem is also considered and  solved by well known "Traveling Salesman Problem" (TSP) approach, giving a pre constrained for the main model development.  A case study is chosen from the HoaBinh Automobile Factory, one of leading assembly car factories in Vietnam. The model has been run by Statistical Analysis Systems via Operation  Research modul (SAS/OR), which is implemented in Unix system and by HyperLinclo ·in PC.  Recommendations and suggestion coming up after the base run and sensitivity analysis have been done. </abstract>
