Seismological history has been recorded some particular damage to the city and some other area within the country. Basic intensive study about earthquake in this country were done in this research. serval earthquakes maps were made based on past earthquake data a nd geological data. According to those the country can be divided into tour zones. The northern part is Judged to be active zone , western part is potentially active , eastern part and southern part are stable zones. Bangkok itself located in the very low danger due to earthquake . the The risk analysis of Bangkok area gave low probability of earthquake occurrence that will affect the city significantly. Flooding is another natural hazard occurred frequently in the Bangkok area. It was because of the city location, but it was also related to some other phenomena such as subsidence, increase amount of water from upstream area , rainfalls , high tide ands dentation. Those phenomena must be considered for flood control in this area. Graphical model of inundation due to assume 100 years recurrent flood which is controlled by the dikes at the both banks of the Chao Phraya River shows the relationship between ground surface and damage in the term of flooding cost or losses due to flooding.
