Communication, collaboration and mutual understanding between most of the stakeholders can be achieved by effective usage of construction IT tools, such as 4D applications; which can identify spatial issues, help making integrated decisions between project participants, enhance consh·uctability, work flows and produce visualizations of construction planning and scheduling of the construction models in advance of time. However current 4D tools still have significant drawbacks. In this study, the drawbacks of 4D tools such as time consuming updating, absents in attributes of consh·uction objects and single level of details in project models, etc, are addressed and solved by developing smooth, timely updatable, detail customizable and visualization of the potentialities of consh·uction planning, in virtual reality environment capable 4DViz application. The 4DViz application is based on WorldUpTM of Sense8 Corporation, for its main interface in YR and additionali utilizes Microsoft Project{u2122} for project scheduling information, and Microsoft Excel M for interaction between the three dimensional models in WorldUpTM and their planning information from Microsoft ProjectrM. The three dimensional models are imported to the application from Architectural Desktop TM of Autodesk UR - http://203.159.5.9/ait-thesis/detail.php?q=B08786 ER -
