From expected powerful synergies between Community Based Enterprises (CBEs) and Microfinances, these tools have been utilized to fight with poverty. However, a lack of research that studies the effects of synergies of CBEs and Microfinances was inspired to do this research. To effectively assess the effects of CBEs and Microfinances, the research had been added community capitals which they directly affect to sustainability livelihoods of rural people, whoare mostly relied on community capitals to generate income. This research would assess the effects of CBEs and Microfinances through community capitals. In methodology, this research was conducted comparative-analysis to find effects of CBEs and Microfinances. This research is divided objectives into three main objectives, 1) Assessing effects of CBEs and Microfinances through social, financial, and human capitals 2) Determining effects of CBEs and Microfinances through social, financial, and human capitals. 3) Defining barriers and challenges in applying CBEs and Microfinances. In financial capital, the results of this research evidently showed that CBEs and Microfinances were positively affected to income especially in agricultural sectors. However, liabilities were positively affected to CBEs and Microfinances also. In human capital, from implemented CBEs and Microfinances for long time, Phutthaisong villagers were evidently stronger in human capital index. In social capital, Phutthaisong villagers showed that they were more solidly in social capitals than Non-Phutthaisong villagers.Finally, a lack of natural resources and emigration of youth are serious barriers in sustainability of livelihood contexts.
