This study copcerns the development of productivity measure ment models for an electronics manufacturing company, manufacturing different types of computer monitors and keyboards. The company under study does not yet have any productivity measur~ment activities. Hence, to help the management in productivity measure ment, various measurement models for the company have been developed. These models, including total productivity, partial productivity and the relationship between them, were developed for the company as a whole. These models have been applied through the historical data and information collected from the company for a period from January, 1990 to September, 1990. From the analysis of these data using the models, low productivity areas of the company have been identified. Some strategies for improvement have been outlined for the company.
