520 _aWastewater from domestic source is gradually increasing in Thailand especially in the suburban areas. One of the major domestic wastewater sources is from real estates. Thailand has already enacted related environmental laws for preventing and minimizing wastewater pollution from real estate (community wastewater pollution) since 1992 (Environmental Act) and 2000 (Land Sub-Division Act) and these two acts can do only preventing rather than con-ecting community wastewater pollution. Real estates that established before the enactment of these two acts are still discharging untreated wastewater to the environment. The attention of this study is to find out appropriate alternatives for wastewater management of selected real estate under its conditions in term of available and appropriate technology, financing and related organization arranging. Researcher study by significantly based on primary data for field survey and questionnaires and integrated with secondary data from various sources for analyzing and recommending. From the study in term of wastewater treatment technology, there are two possible types of wastewater treatment technology that appropriate to apply in the study area. Constructed wetland and aerated lagoon are considered technology by based on these criteria: (1) financial, (2) technical, (3) land use, ( 4) environment, and (5) public acceptance feasibility and researcher analyze by using coding analysis as a tool. In term of organizational an-angement for dealing with wastewater, there are three relevant organizations those are 1) Tambon Executive Council of Saima 2) Real estate management unit and 3) Developer. Among these organizations, researcher will clarify potential of each organization to find out feasible organizational arrangement. The study is separated into two parts. The first part is analyzed to identify responsible organization for selected wastewater treatment system in the study area. By this, a set of criteria are considered for identifying alternatives those are 1) legal aspect, 2) community acceptance and 3) organization demand and policy. Then, the last part is analyzed to evaluate potentials of each organization in term of 1) staffs and manpower 2) organization management 3) resources and 4) coordination and cooperation. From this analysis, it comes with a set of positives and negatives of each organization and used to identify the appropriate alternatives at the final. In addition, it includes financial feasibility analysis for applying each wastewater treatment system to ensure that both technologies are feasible to apply in the study area. For the recommendation, it comes with two alternatives for wastewater management system in the study area that launched by either real estate management unit or developer. Each alternative provides conceptual process and model that presented the relation, roles and tasks of each actor in wastewater management. The final is proposing both short term and long term action plans and strategies and organizational arrangement for any of both actors who conducting wastewater management system in te1m of implementing prioritization and steps for initiating community wastewater treatment program in the study area.
