Furthermore, the research investigates how Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) factors contribute to enhancing the workplace environment within these enterprises. The findings provide valuable insights for publicly listed companies in the rubber latex manufacturing sector, enabling them to strengthen their ESG practices and overall corporate performance while fostering a more significant commitment to sustainable development. In addition, applying ESG principles in rubber product operations directly addresses the increasing demand for sustainable, nature-based solutions, reinforcing the industry's role in creating a greener future. | ||
