This research is centered around a case study of t he technology incubator in Ales, France. Its ope ration has been studied pointing out its strong and weak points, and then giving r ecommendat ions how to make it more e ffi cient. Based on the case s tudy a nd t he technologica l situation in Thailand, recommendations are g iven on establishing a n incubator on somewhat same footing in Thailand.
