Employee compatibility with his task, team and the organization is an essentia l condition for optimization of human resource. The human resource manage ment activities needed for achieving e mployee compatibility at each of the foci (i. e. task, Team and organization ) are described. It is s uggested that human resource activities at these three l evels are closely interdependent and are mutually reinforcing. Advantages in one practice can also create or upgrade benefits in others . High employee compatibility at al l three levels leads to greater organizational outcomes in terms of employee satisfaction and commitment, productivity , adaptability etc. The study revea ls that employee compatibility of a Multinational company is better than that of a State enterprise . The higher employee compatibility of t h e Multinational company may be an important factor of its bett~r organizational performance compared to the state enterprise. It is hoped that findings and conclusion made in the research would be useful to the polic~ makers of the organizations concerned. Specially it will be usefu l to the ma nagement of state sector enterprises of Bangladesh as a guideline in formulating human resource policies for optimization of human resources. | ||
