| 520 | _aWorldwide, supply chain disruptions are a typical occurrence. The interruptions reveal weak points in supply chain networks, delaying recovery. As a result, strengthening supply chain resilience becomes crucial. The goal of this research is to create a mathematical model by using renewal theory to examine recoverability, vulnerability, and sustainability metrics for a supplier in the event of an interruption. The considered six supply states are taken into account in the proposed model: operational, absorbing, partially disrupted 25 %, 50 %, 75% loss of capacity, and fully disrupted or 100 % loss of capacity. The purpose of this study is to look into the behavior of the network and gauge resilience through the above-mentioned measures. After developing the mathematical model based on renewal theory, numerical experiments are presented to show how the model can be applied. Sensitivity analyses are also carried out to show how various input factors affect each resilience metric. Finally, several directions for further research are also offered. | ||
