Furthermore, lack of effective people 's participation in project implementation and limited funding have led to the poor performance of the programme. While the programme should be continued, it is recomended to imple ment a more specific approach towards dissemination based on the different regions and ethnic groups. Thus, more adopted solutions, based on in-depth research, would perhaps generate more people's participation and housing improvements. | ||
