520 _aDiscovering the semantic similarity of concepts in ontology has been discussed in many studies with different types of approaches applied, but it does not explain and does not take into consideration the size of the ontology. If the semantic similarity methods are applied to a very huge ontology and then applied on a smaller one, the similarity metric may vary the result of same concept in two of the Ontologies. In this study this change in the results of the similarity metric is analyzed. Analysis of the ontology can be carried out in a number of ways e.g. in form of a matrix, charts and graphs etc but in this study Visualization tools and plug-ins are used to visualize the Ontologies and the results. Visualization always helps to focus on the important things and discarding the unnecessary details
