A forecasting method and a demand forecast are discussed and formulated . Production equipment, production process and cost parameters are included in the proposed inventory model. A deterministic dynamic inventory model and the result of inventory control are presented. Inventory management which is an economical and efficient tool for planning the production and controlling the inventory has been emphasized in this fast developing age. | ||
